Privacy policy
Short version: the only reason this site collects anything is so I can check your territory and reach out by text or email. Your details go to me, they stay with me, and they are never sold or rented to anyone. Effective August 2026.
What I collect
If you fill out the application, I collect what you type: your name, company, business email, phone number, trade, service area, and your answers about capacity, team, follow-up speed, and marketing budget — plus the call time you pick.
Like most sites, this one also uses analytics (Google Analytics) and an advertising pixel (Meta) to understand which pages people read and which ads brought them here. Those tools use cookies and collect standard usage data — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. You can block cookies in your browser and the site works fine.
What it's used for
One thing: evaluating whether your territory is open and getting back to you about it. Your application is delivered to Silverback Marketing Inc. and read by the owner. Analytics data is used to improve the site and measure advertising.
What never happens
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It isn't added to third-party marketing lists. This is a lead-generation business — I know exactly what happens to contact details that get passed around, and it doesn't happen here.
Who else touches it
Only the services required to run the site: the form-delivery provider that emails me your application, the hosting platform, and the analytics/advertising tools above. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Your choices
